For over 25 years, this luxury resort property has been outperforming its competitors regionally. With its magnificent service, priceless hospitality, exquisitely tasty local foods, and culturally integrated entertainment, Curtain Bluff is now the number one resort in the entire Caribbean, leaping ahead of five star properties in Tortola, Barbados, Jamaica and
Anguilla.
This is an accomplishment of no minor undertaking. What is most amazing about Curtain Bluff is that employees mainly from the southern part of the island, are responsible for the hotel’s upper 30 percentile ranking within the global hospitality industry.
This proves that though of humble beginnings, size, pedigree and geographical location are not significant variables in the grand scheme of intelligence, nor are these determinants of employees’ commitment to standard of excellence worthy of international acclaim.
Most unfortunately, the Minister of Tourism, Harold Lovell’s picture in the local newspaper’s story on this remarkable occasion, added no value except to pathetically diminish the real heroines and heroes that should be regionally honoured and locally celebrated.
