Eurasia Establishes Date for Continuation to Anguilla, BWI - CNNMoney.com

Eurasia Energy Limited ("Eurasia") (OTCBB: EUEN) announces that its S-4 Prospectus was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on November 7, 2007 (the "S-4"). The S-4 registers all of Eurasia's issued common shares in contemplation of Eurasia's continuation to Anguilla, B.W.I. The S-4 will be mailed to Eurasia shareholders on December 7, 2007 and it is contemplated that Eurasia's continuation to Anguilla, B.W.I. will be effected on December 31, 2007.
In connection with Eurasia's continuation to Anguilla, B.W.I., Eurasia has granted an aggregate of 750,000 stock options to two Anguilla based consultants at an exercise price of $0.25 per share for a period of five years. Eurasia's consultants have been retained to provide corporate, administrative, banking and accounting support and to provide office space for Eurasia on an as needed basis.
