Chef Ashkinaze’s culinary expertise, which includes training in Toulouse and Bordeaux, France as well as the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY is evident in CocoPlums lively and flavorful menu, that features exciting native and island delights to both savor and remember.
