Fresh Mango Colada recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 large ripe mango, peeled and sliced
* ½ cup pineapple juice
* 6 tablespoons Cruzan light rum, or other light rum
* 2 tablespoons Coco Lopez (condensed coconut milk)
* 2 cups crushed ice
* 4 teaspoons Appleton’s dark rum, or other dark rum
* 2 maraschino cherries
* 2 wedges fresh lime
Method:
Blend the mango, pineapple juice, light rum, coconut milk, and ice in an electric blender until smooth.
Pour the drink into 2 tall gl***es and pour 2 teaspoons of the dark rum into each gl***. Garnish with the cherries and lime wedges.
