Grenada Cocoa - Tea recipe

Grenada is a mountainous island just North West of Trinidad which also boasts beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. The island is probably most famous for its production of nutmeg. The people have been through heavy political upheavals but with their strong courage and love of the peaceful life, they now enjoy the democracy they deserve.
The island is rich in flora and fauna and is a yachtman's quiet paradise.

Ingredients:

* 2 cl. Dark Rum
* 2 cl. Galliano
* 2 cl. Maraschino
* 1 Egg
* 1 tsp. Chocolate Powder
* Dash of Nutmeg

Method:
Blend all the ingredients for our firewater with a little crushed ice, pour into a Champagne gl***, sprinkle some chocolate flakes on top with a dash of nutmeg. Garnish with a cherry.
