Jamaica - land of dance and song - is probably one of the best known islands in the Caribbean. Home of Reggae, made famous by the immortal late Bob Marley; it is still today the favourite vacation place of many famous people. Jamaica is a land of contrasts, from its surrounding crystal waters to its rich mountainous forests, from its cascading waterfalls and wide rivers to its colourful people who speak English with an undulating accent that is mostly only understood by Jamaicans; it is a paradise never to be forgotten.

Ingredients:

* 4 cl. White Rum
* 2 cl. P***ion Fruit Juice
* Ginger Ale
* Sugar Syrup to taste
* Dash Aromatic Bitters

Method:

For this tantalizing ****tail, blend the white rum and fruit juice with sugar syrup together with crushed ice. Pour into a large ****tail gl*** and fill with ginger ale. Add a dash of bitters and garnish with a slice of pineapple, two slices of carambola and a cherry.
