'Dem French 'ting real sweet!

The islands of Martinique and Guadeloupe are colonies of France and because of this strong influence together with the natural integration with the people of African descent on the islands, the culture is unique.
Naturally, the language is French with a Caribbean flair, the people have European sophistication mixed with island savoir-faire, the food is exotic and the music a mixture of everything tantalizing.
Both these islands have a lot to offer visitors and I have always enjoyed my visits there.

Ingredients:

* 3 cl. Tequila
* 2 cl. Cr�me de Cacao
* 2 cl. Lime Juice
* Top with Ginger Ale

Method:
Blend ingredients with crushed ice - pour into a tall gl*** and top with ginger ale.
